After falling positive with COVID-19 earlier this January, Elton John has announced the rescheduled concert next month in Dallas according to a Dallas Morning News article from February 9 which reports,
“Elton John has rescheduled his Dallas concerts yet again — this time for March 10 and 11 at American Airlines Center.
Tickets will be honored from his Jan. 25-26 shows at the AAC, which were abruptly called off when the Rocket Man announced he’d tested positive for COVID-19.
The January dates in Dallas were already makeup shows from a 2020 postponement, when the singer placed his entire tour on hold due to the pandemic.”
Fortunately, his rescheduling of his concerts in March is expected to be successful after getting vaccinations and boosters according to a Fox 4 News article from February 10 which reports,
“He is fully vaccinated and boosted, and had only mild symptoms.
He has since recovered and resumed his “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” tour.
The rock legend is set to return to North Texas in September with another concert at Globe Life Field in Arlington.”
In a Facebook post, people were quick to wish the Rocket Man quick recovery after he tested positive especially since he just finished a few concerts and performances already. One woman said,
“Prayers for his full recovery”
Another woman who attended the concert in Houston said,
“Feel better soon and thank you for a great concert in Houston.”
A man likewise emphasized his great performance,
“He gave his 100%, a great concert. Get well soon”
Elton John has already resumed his tour and already made it through five concerts.
